CLC Trucks Turns 11

Today – 20 March 2025 mark the official 11th Birthday of Cobus Lourens Commercials (Pty) Ltd t/a CLC Trucks.

Owner and Director, Cobus Lourens started operations in 2014 following 23 years of employment in the Mercedes Benz Commercial Corporate environment and 4 years with Toyota Hino prior to that!

During his stay with the Mercedes Benz organisation most of his time was spent with used commercial vehicles, although he was also employed with intervals at Mercedes Benz and Freightliner New Truck Sales. With the opening of TruckStore (RSA) in 2011 he was appointed as National Evaluator for TruckStore.

CLC Trucks are based in Montana, Pretoria and whether you’re looking for a quality used Truck, or selling of your existing fleet, feel free to contact anyone in the Team!

We pride ourselves on stocking a variety of commercial truck brands, like UD Trucks, Mercedes-Benz, Fuso, Isuzu, Hino, Tata, and Iveco. The configuration of our stock exists of medium to heavy commercial vehicles and trailers. CLC Trucks also welcome trade ins. We are a Wesbank and ABSA approved dealership.

CLC Trucks are an approved exporter to all SADEC countries.

Cobus Lourens is also an appointed appraiser and can do fleet evaluations for various reasons or needs, for example; •company buy-outs, • estates •balance sheet purposes and • import and export
